Subtitles start too early — or too late?

If your captions start too early or too late, enter a shift in milliseconds (a negative value moves them earlier) and every cue adjusts by exactly that amount. For frame-rate mismatches — e.g. moving between 23.976 and 25 fps — pick the from/to rates and the timing is rescaled proportionally. Both are applied before conversion, 100% in your browser.
